How Many People Have A Pet Platypus



Ingredients:
- 1 / 2 cups milk
- 100 g sugar
- 4
yolks - 30 g flour
- lemon peel

Work the yolks with the sugar, then add the flour.
Pour gradually the boiling milk (where you put the lemon zest or vanilla if you prefer), stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Put on the stove, stirring and then sobbolire quota for 3-4 minutes. Let cool.
-> Ideal for filling cream puffs, cannon of puff pastry, puff pastry tarts and many other cakes!
