Cold With Lots Of Phlegm

PASTA AL BAGOSS


Ingredients:

-
pasta - chopped celery, carrot, onion
- olive oil
- tomato pulp
- Bagoss
cheese - chili
- salt

Boil pasta in salted water.
Meanwhile, the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce.
Pour the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped vegetables and saute for a few minutes over medium heat. Season with salt.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 / 10 minutes.
When pasta is almost cooked, add a little 'cheese diced or chopped roughly and mix with sauce.
Drain the pasta, add sauce and whip by adding a little 'cheese. If you wish, you can add a pinch of hot pepper.
