PASTRY CREAM SPONGE CAKE
Ingredients:
- 80 gr.
flour - 80 gr.
potato starch - 150 g sugar

6 eggs - butter
In a bowl mix the egg yolks with sugar. Gently add the egg whites until stiff.
Add to the mix the flour and starch gradually.
Pour the mixture into a buttered cake pan before (if you want to make a rectangular rorolo stuffed), and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
