Soak in water 250 g of grass peas for 24 hours.
Drip and cook for 2 hours in water flavored with fennel; salted after cooking. Golden 2 cloves of garlic with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add 200 g of
grass peas and tomatoes.
Cook for half an hour, adding water as the cooking of grass peas.
Finally season with salt and pepper and mint and parsley.
