Ingredients for four people:
- 8 leaves of cabbage
- 10 tablespoons of bread crumbs 5 tablespoons cheese
- 30g. pine nuts
- 30gr.di
- raisins 100 gr. of smoked diced
- Salt to taste Pepper to taste

- 2 long green onions chopped
- A couple of slices of salami
In a saucepan bring to a boil water, soak the cabbage already washed, salted, and cook for two minutes.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray, lay the rolls, seasoned with a little oil, place in oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
