Ingredients:
- 400 g
- flour 80 g sugar
- 1 egg 2
- egg yolks
- 50 grams of butter
- 3 tablespoons brandy

- Pour the flour into a waterfall on the table and in the midst of working 80 gr. of sugar with the eggs, melted butter, salt and brandy.
- Incorporate the flour and knead.
- Let stand for 30 minutes.
