My Hands Go White And Numb

SEMIFREDDO amaretti


Ingredients:
- 200 gr macaroons,
- 4 egg yolks,
- 4 egg whites,
- 100 g of sugar,
- 250 ml of whipping cream,
- In a marsala egg

large bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture is white and fluffy. Stir in the amaretto and marsala finely chopped egg.
soda Whip the egg whites. Whip the cream. Gently incorporate both the compound of macaroons.
Line a mold for plum-cake with plastic wrap, pour the mixture, pareggiatelo with a spatula.
Put in freezer overnight. Turn out the parfait on a platter, decorated with pleasure amaretti or tails of chocolate and serve.
