150g mozzarella
a bunches of arugula
8 slices of ham
Wash, peel and cook potatoes in plenty of water for about 15 minutes.
they are cool.
slice thickness of about half a centimeter.
Place a slice of mozzarella (after it dripped for good) and a few leaves of arugula.
Lay another slice of potato and roll the prosciutto.
Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake for about 15 minutes in preheated oven at 150 degrees.
Serve freshly baked.
