Tiramisu Ingredients for two:
- 500g mascarpone
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 200 g sugar
- 2 sachets of vanilla

3 eggs - 1 box ½ Pavesini
- 3 baskets of strawberries
- some fresh mint leaves
Preparation: Separate the yolks from whites. Surf Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla.
Add the mascarpone and mounted a little 'cream. Now put this cream in the fridge and started to whip the cream in a bowl until will become very cold soda. Now incorporated in the cream and mascarpone cream eggs, stirring from bottom to top with a spoon.
Mount Snow steadfast after the egg whites with a pinch of salt, stirring from the bottom up to better blend the mixture. Now Put the cream in the fridge.
Take the strawberries, wash them well, put some aside for decoration, the other cut to pieces and shake in a blender with a little 'sugar in order to have a thick and tasty strawberry juice.
Now take out the cream and keep all the ingredients at hand.
I recommend you use a glass baking dish that makes the result very engaging and exciting ... .. the side of strawberry red streaks between Pavesini in mouth-watering!
