Tiramisu with cherries
Savoiardi
200 g mascarpone whipped cream
200 to 500 g of cherries
½ liters of custard
alchermes
cinnamon
First pitted cherries, some others let them cut into pieces for decoration. Prepare the custard, mix it with the spatula, add the mascarpone and whipped cream and cherries into small pieces for last. Wet the sponge nell'alchermes and prepared the various layers and finally sprinkle the whole with a mixture of coconut and cinnamon and decorated the many small bowl with cherries.
PS For the syrup you can use also 2 glasses of red wine sweet with 40 g of sugar, the cinnamon a bit of orange rind. We pour the cherries and cook for about 15 minutes and filter the wine and when the cherries are cool, following the procedure used before.
