Ingredients:
- a pound of ham
- 1 pound of Emmental French
- 8 slices of bread 'homemade' cut thin
- flour 4 eggs taste
- Pan scratched (even better if the leftover bread toasted in the oven from slices and shredded you)
- oil and salt
Preparation:
Remove the crust from the bread slices and divide them into 2 triangles. Brush with the beaten eggs.
stuff with ham and a slice of cheese.
Dip in egg, then again in flour and egg. Finally mash them well in the breadcrumbs, covering all possible sides.
Fry in hot oil. Dry them on a sheet of kitchen paper, season with salt and serve hot.
