Ingredients:
- 2 red onions 1 tablespoon sugar and salt to taste oil
- Toast
Preparation:
Cut the onion coarsely and fry in a pan with a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, when it begins to brown put sugar and melt it slowly, when it becomes dark in color and have shut down on slices of toast and serve hot.
