Denise Milani In Midnihet Hot




Tired of the usual hamburger? Try these with a nice cold beer!

Ingredients: Hamburger
  • sauce from ripe tomatoes 1 spring onion
  • Juniper
  • 1 / 2 cup. Beer
  • oil Salt and pepper to taste Preparation
:
Fry the onion in a pan with a little 'oil, add chopped tomatoes and a few juniper berries.
Cook for about 5 / 10 minutes and add the burgers.
Pour the beer and raise the heat to make it evaporate, then add salt, turn the burgers and cover with a lid.
Finish cooking to your liking.
Serve hot with a nice cold beer.



Well, maybe not as much as ours!
